A warm welcome awaits you at the family run Hazeldene Hotel; whether you are here for a wedding, business trip or overnight stay or just a meal in our restaurant or a few drinks in our bar. The Hazeldene Hotel has a friendly home from home feel which you’re sure to enjoy and our excellent restaurant serves good quality homemade dishes which are sure to whet your appetite. Along with the restaurant we have a public bar which hosts a pool table, juke box, dart board and big screen television for you to enjoy at your leisure. We show all football on our excellent Satellite system. We host live entertainment some nights throughout the year; please call to confirm whether there is entertainment scheduled for your stay. The lounge area has an old style Juke Box which has over 1200 songs for your to sit and relax and listen to FREE OF CHARGE. Our accommodation consists of 11 bedrooms, all of which are en-suite and are simply decorated with a traditional edge. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and digital colour tv. For your wedding reception The Hazeldene Hotel can cater for up to 50 guests for a sit down meal in our Anvil Lounge. The Hazeldene Hotel restaurants' reputation is growing since Paula and Kieran took over and the main area for food service is in The Anvil Lounge; the Restaurant can cater for up to 50 covers at any one time. Directions to Hazeldene Hotel
From the North (M74) - Road: If you are travelling from the North (M74) - When you leave the motorway at Junction 22, follow the signs, turning left at the roundabout. Straight ahead and you will see us on the left hand side. From the South (M74) - Road: If you are travelling from the South (M74); pass the first motorway sign for Gretna and then take Junction 22. Bear left (beware of the sharp bend on the off ramp).At T junction, turn left. At the bottom of the hill (you will see Gretna Hall Hotel), turn right and head on up the hill, below the motorway fly over. The World Famous Blacksmiths Shop will be facing you at the T-Junction Turn Right and we are about 50 yards away on the right hand side.
