Less than 5 minutes walk from Lockerbie Train Station, the Townhead Hotel offers homely and well-appointed bed and breakfast accommodation, with free Wifi and free parking. If you are arriving by train, drop us a call to 07562647584, where our in house taxi will pop down and collect you, or if you fancy a stroll then we are only a 5 minute walk from the station. Each of our ensuite bedrooms have a shower and complementary toiletries and bathrobes. There is a flat-screen TV, hairdryer, iron & ironing board and tea and coffee facilities in all rooms. A full Scottish breakfast awaits you in the mornings, or choose something a little lighter from our other delightful morning menu. The hotel also has its own bar and restaurant, where our 4 resident chefs will always be on hand to make sure that your culinary requirements are catered for. Pop down to the bar for a pint or something stronger where we have a great range of lagers, beers, wines and spirits, including 20 different gins; many of which are produced either locally; in Scotland, or further afield. Directions to Townhead Hotel

North - Road: Exit M74 at Junction 17. Bare left at end of slip road, and at the roundabout take 2nd exit. Follow the main road, and at next roundabout go straight over. (Watch your speed 30mph zone) At the next roundabout take 2nd exit and we are immediately on your left South - Road: Exit M74 at Junction 18. End of slip road take a right to the roundabout. Here you take 3rd exit, and follow into town, and through the traffic lights. Follow the main road through town, past the Dryfsdale Church (on your left), and we are on the right just before the next small roundabout. Lockerbie - Train: Exit the train at Lockerbie station. When you come out of the station bare right, and at top of the road bare right again. We are approx. 300 yards on the right hand side. Taxis are often available at the station but please feel free to phone the hotel and we will arrange a taxi for you.
